Who I work with

I work primarily with people in midlife and beyond who are looking to support their health through nutrition and lifestyle, particularly in relation to healthy ageing, long-term health concerns, and the prevention and management of chronic disease. You can read more about the areas of health I commonly support in Areas of Interest.

What I do

As your nutritional therapist, I will:

  • Review your complete health history
  • Look at your diet and lifestyle and assess your nutritional status
  • Explore potential factors contributing to your health concerns
  • Work with you to develop a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan based on your health history, lifestyle and goals
  • Recommend laboratory testing where appropriate (optional)
  • Recommend supplements where appropriate (optional)

What you receive

I provide a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan to help you make practical, sustainable changes to support your health and wellbeing. Your plan is based on your health history, current diet, lifestyle, health goals and dietary preferences. It includes a summary of our discussion and a number of agreed action points to help you move forward.

Recommendations may include changes to your diet, lifestyle advice, and where appropriate, supplements or laboratory testing.  The emphasis is on real food, minimally processed ingredients and simple, practical meals that fit your lifestyle and cooking skills. I can also provide meal ideas, recipes, shopping lists and sample meal plans to help you integrate recommendations into everyday life.

Following your consultation, you will receive your personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan, usually within two working days.

Costs to consider

Consultation fees and package prices are outlined on the Fees page.

Where supplements or laboratory testing are recommended, these are entirely optional and are not included in consultation fees, allowing you to decide what feels right for your needs and circumstances.

I aim to make recommendations that are practical, evidence-informed and cost-conscious. Where appropriate, I will consider any relevant NHS or GP test results before recommending private laboratory testing. If supplements are recommended, you will also receive a 10% discount on supplement orders.

Consultations

Consultations are available in person at my Forest Row clinic (near East Grinstead, Sussex), or by Zoom or telephone. The consultation process is outlined below:
