ABOUT
“Food is my passion and I’m excited to share that with you so you can experience the incredible impact it can have on your health and life”.

My name is Gill Rawling. I am a Registered Nutritional Therapist and Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner (CFMP). I offer one-to-one Nutritional Therapy Consultations and have been practising since 2013.
In my practice, I investigate the potential root causes of your health issues in order to help restore health through changes in nutrition and lifestyle. I explain how your current food and lifestyle choices may be impacting your health. Understanding root causes helps you to feel motivated and empowered to make informed decisions about your food and lifestyle choices.
Nutrition plans should be enjoyable and achievable so I focus on uncomplicated and delicious food to help you integrate my recommendations into your life. I believe that good food doesn’t need complex ingredients or complicated recipes; it’s about choosing real, whole foods that nourish your body.

My Story
For as long as I can remember, I have been fascinated by food, for pleasure in my younger years, and later for its power in restoring health.
Years of stressful work and a hectic lifestyle gradually led to a myriad of health issues during my mid-40s, including digestive problems, food intolerances, acne, fatigue, poor concentration, and frequent infections.
Conventional medicine helped some of my symptoms but didn’t offer lasting solutions so I explored various alternative therapies and found that nutritional therapy had the most profound effect on my health and well-being. It was a nutritional therapist who helped resolve my health problems by addressing the underlying causes of my digestive issues.
The effects of nutrition and lifestyle changes on my health were so far-reaching that I gave up my career in international conference organising and re-trained as a nutritional therapist. My aim now is to help others discover natural, long-term solutions to their health issues through nutritional therapy.
In my later years, I continue to explore the benefits of food by growing and using it to maintain my health and well-being. I love to experiment with food, always looking for quick ways to produce nourishing, tasty meals.
Food is my passion and I’m excited to share that with you so you can experience the incredible impact it can have on your health and life.
