What is covered in the fee?

Fees are inclusive of:
– Time spent analysing your case before the consultation
– Consultation time
– Nutrition & Lifestyle Plan – summary & action points
– Fact sheets, meal ideas, recipes, sample food plans & shopping lists
– Interpretation of recommended laboratory tests
– 15-minute phone call for questions about your current programme

What isn’t covered in the fee?

– Additional support outside the 15-minute phone call about your current programme. A shorter follow-up consultation is ideal for further support.
– Detailed personalised menu plans. These require additional time to prepare and are charged on a case-by-case basis (£60 per hour).

Additional costs

Please note that the cost of private laboratory tests and supplements is in addition to the consultation fee. I always aim to work within your budget.

Payment

Face-to-face consultations can be paid in cash on the day or by BACS transfer before the consultation. All consultations by Zoom or telephone are paid by BACS transfer before the consultation. Packages are to be paid for in advance.

Cancellations

I spend time preparing for your consultation so I request that you cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance of your booking. Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
